1. Be a graduate of a bachelor's degree, and
2. Have at least:

• 18 units in English,
• 18 units of Social Science subjects, and
• 6 units in mathematics
• (Per CHED Memo No. 46, Series of 1996)

In addition, the applicant must present the following;

1. Entrance examination result (must have passed both written examination and interview);
   
2. Valid transcript of Records (Original & one (1) Xerox copy)
   
3. Honorable Dismissal, for graduate of other school
   
4. Certification of Eligibility ( to take the Law Course (CEL), from WLC Registrar )
   
5. Certification of Good Moral Character (2 copies)
   
6. Two (2) copies 2"x 2" picture (colored)
   
7. One (1) copy 1"x 1" picture (colored)
   
8. Two (2) long folder with fastener
   
9. Biodata (2 copies)
   
10. Birth Certificate (NSO) (2 copies)
    
11. 5 pcs. Mailing Stamp
    
12. 2 pcs. Mailing envelope ordinary
    
13. Marriage Certificate (for married) (2 copies)
