A joyous welcome to the College of Health Sciences.

Our college aims to educate and inspire leaders in the health care profession.

We help students develop their communication, creativity, critical thinking and

problem-solving ability, spirituality as well as civic-mindedness. We work for a world where people take part in the promotion of wellness, maintain and assist in the restoration of health and well-being.

The college is proud to be the first Midwifery school in the western side of Leyte, established in 1993. Since then, we have consistently produced passers of the Licensure Examination for Midwives. We also have faculty members who are midwifery board topnotchers (3^rd and 6^th placers).

We are the first Caregiver school in Region 8 and the first TESDA Accredited Caregiver and Health Care Services Assessment Center. We received the TESDA Kabalikat Award (Provincial Level) in October, 2008 in recognition of our school as an outstanding partner in the promotion and enhancement of technical education and skills development.
